MY STORY
"Growing up between Amalfi and Salento, I learned that food is memory, love, and the voice of a place. For twenty years, I've cooked in traditional kitchens across this region—learning to respect ingredients, honor tradition, and trust intuition. I never wanted to just teach recipes. I wanted to create something different: moments where food becomes a language, where a kitchen becomes a gathering place, where people discover that cooking is an act of presence and care.
Cooking is not about perfection. It's about presence. Every class is an improvisation because every group brings something different. Over the years, travelers, families, and couples from around the world have arrived as guests and left as part of a community. They don't just learn dishes—they learn that feeding people is sacred.
My classes are bilingual (Italian & English), welcoming all skill levels. I offer three experiences: immersion in Lecce's history, transformation through nature and the sea, or intimacy in your own space. All are rooted in the same belief: that presence, connection, and genuine care are what truly matter.
